Return/Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. This covers only misprinted/damaged/defective items that have been received.
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges for clothing or accessory items except as mentioned above, however if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know of your concern so that it can be addressed.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us by email at support@justaplantroom.com. Or visit our Contact Us page here. With photos of wrong/damaged
items, we’ll sort them out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item in our store's product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If so, please get in touch with us by email at support@justaplantroom.com or our Contact Us page here. Within a week of receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund as defined above!
